Alot of the time guys do things like that cause they know it gets to you. Show him it doesn't & see how quick that will stop.

It's kinda like on "King of the Hill" when the guy say's "I'll tell you what.."
Its just a phrase that has become a chatch all.
It's like, ya know, when people "like" have something to "like" say and always put "like" another word or two in the sentence "ya know" like i just did..."ya know"?
Vey annoying! Just a bad habit.
