OK, so here's what I want/need. A simple little box with power in and with a dry relay/closure that turns on the power out.

Anybody know of such a box?

I can think of maybe 30 options of the top of my head and I'm sure there are innumerable others.
What's the specific application?
Manual?
-as small as a light switch?
-as big as a motor starter?
Electric?
-using 110v to switch it on and off?
-using 24v?

It sounds like you want a light switch, perhaps a power strip with switch on it...too vague.

It's an Isolation relay. Easily made with a relay from Radio Shack if they still sell it.
I have such in a control system I use with a blower that sends heat from a wood stove to the other end of my home.
I use it in conjunction with 2 thermostats (one air conditioner, the other normal heat.) both high voltage thermostats (120V)
The reason: The blower is 220, the t stats are line voltage.
Been running for years so the relay may be hard to find, if the Shack doesn't have it and can't get it try electronic stores if you can find any.

your question is a bit opaque..

how do you want to switch the relay?? what do you want to do to make it turn on and off??

it would be relatively easy for a electrician to build you one if you cant find one on the open market..

Maybe I don't get what your asking, but what I see is your question is your answer.
