Don't use tomato juice - and by the way it doesn't work for skunks either!! I wouldn't suggest using baking soda powder either. This could dry out their skin and cause dandruff - which itches. Could be why the dog is rolling. Just give the dog a good bath. A long time ago I was told to use plain ole Dawn dishwashing liquid. It doesn't dry their skin out, it smells ok, and it kills fleas. It has always worked for me.

DONT PUT TOMATOE JUICE ON THE DOG.. IT COULD RUIN THE NATURAL OILS IN THE FUR.. BEST THING TO DO.. IS JUSS GET SOME GOOD OL. SMELL GOOD SHAMPOO, AND A WARM WATER BATH.. WARM WATER GENERATES MORE SUDS.. AND WHEN YOU BRUSH THE FUR BRESH IS THE OPPOSITE WAY, SO THAT THEY SMELL CAN BE AIRED OUT :)
