me, some spicy receipe for Paneer.

Chilli Paneer Recipe

Ingredients
Paneer - 125 gm
Corn flour - 1½ tbsp
Maida(Allpurpose flour) - 1½ tsp
Green chillies
(cut into thin & long strips) – 5 nos
Garlic Cloves – 5 nos
(optional)
Salt - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - ¼ tsp
Vinegar - 1½ tsp
Sugar - ¼ tsp
Black pepper - ¼ tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2½ tsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method
1)Make a thin paste of maida, corn flour and 1/2 tsp of salt.

2)Cut paneer into small square pieces. Dip them in the paste and fry till they become golden brown in color.

3)Heat 2 tbsp. of oil and fry green chillies and garlic.

4)Add salt, sugar, black pepper, ajinomoto, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and 2 tbsp. of water. Cook for half a minute.

5)Add Paneer pieces and mix well.

Spicy Paneer

Ingredients-1

paneer -1 slab [or] 150 gms
turmeric powder-1tsp
garam masala powder-3tsp
chilli powder -4tsp
salt-to taste
curds-200 gms

Method


Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add the curds into it followed by all the above and shake it well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour.
Ingredients -2

1 big onion
1 big tomato
1 small piece ginger
garlic paste-1tsp
roasted peanuts-100gms

Method


Grind all the above in to a fine paste and keep aside, meanwhile take out the paneer from the curd mixture and deep fry them.
Now take a kadai and add some oil and after it becomes hot add the paste [list -2] into it and fry it nicely until the oil appears on the sides of the kadai.
Add the curd mixture into it and fry it for some time until both the mixture gets blended well.
Once done add the fried paneer and bring to a boil and serve hot with roti's or parathas.

Spicy Paneer Curry

Ingredients
Paneer or cottage cheese - 100 gms
Ground nuts [roasted] - hand full
Yoghurt - 200 gms
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Onions - 2 medium sized
Ginger - garlic paste
Garam masala
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder
Oil to fry
Method
Cut the paneer into cubes and soak them in yoghurt, add the ginger - garlic paste,
garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt to the paneer and curd mixture.
Marinate this for an hour.
Mean while chop the tomatoes, onions and grind it with the roasted ground nuts into
a fine paste.
Heat oil in a kadai and after the paneer mixture has marinated for an hour, remove
the paneer pieces and fry them in oil and keep it aside.
Finally fry the ground masala [ground nut, tomato, onion] in oil until the oil comes on
top, then add the yoghurt paste and salt to taste and after it is done add the fried
paneer pieces and serve it with rotis or pooris.

kadia paneer
saute the sliced the onion and sliced tomato ,add chilly pwd,corinder pwd. garam masala pwd.add,crushed redchilly,corinder seeds,saunf saute till the gravy becomes thick,add little water,add chopp corainder , put the paneer,add chopp coriander leaves.

Internet and the library is your best bat. Use both and slightly modify the recipes, to suite your need.

You can even rename it.
