Seriously speak to your doctor. What he said wasn't useful. Prehaps go to a surgery where they can instantly check you over. This could be serious (let's hope not) bu better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck, wishing you all the best.

A couple of years ago, I started having severe pains in my chest. It felt as if someone were turning a knife over and over in my chest. I noticed that the pain would get a trillion times worst when I would lay down to go to sleep.I kept telling myself it was stress but my boyfriend at the time didn't accept that excuse and took me to the ER. I had pleurosy which is an infection in the lining around your lung. I was pain for a few more days but the meds I received helped A LOT. Go to your doctor and insist on a chest X Ray and if your doctor continues to be unhelpful, find another doctor or take a trip to the ER. Hope you're feeling better soon.

I dont know what you look like, but if your on the heavier side it could be caused by that. The extra weight pushes on your chest & makes it hard for you to breath.
