You don't say whether you have Lamb Mince or Beef Mince.

If you have Lamb Mince you can make a Shepherds Pie.
If you have Beef Mince you can make a Cottage Pie.

With the Sausages you could make a Toad in the Hole.

With the Chicken you could make a Chicken Pie.

Make the mince. Boil the mince in water with chopped onions and maybe diced carrots add salt and pepper and beef broth or Bisto. Boil gently until the onions are transparent. Thicken with corn starch and serve over mashed potatoes with veg of your choice on the side (I prefer green beans or peas) Sounds ugly but it`s YUM! Also a good idea if you`ve forgotten to defrost anything.

Frozen chicken sausages and mince? Well, it's a bit late to be defrosting them for today, isn't it? You'll give yourself food poisoning. Take them out for tomorrow and go get a takeaway tonight instead.

You can do anything with chicken.
Flatten, cut into strips, coat with seasoned flour or breadcrumbs, fry or bake.
Flatten, cut into dices and serve over a nice salad.
Cook white rice and spice it up and add chicken or sausages.
Cook your sausages and serve in flour tortilla with sauted onions and bell peppers. (same with chicken)
Make yourself a chicken or sausage pizza.
Cut your chicken or sausage into small strips (after they're cooked) and roll up in croissant dough (with cheese if you want)and bake.

Hope you can use one of these ideas...
