Try www.farecast.com. It will tell you the fares on all the airlines for a given day. The real benefit, though, is that it will predict whether the fare will rise or fall in the near future, based on a complex algorithm. So, you know whether the fare is good or bad, and you know whether to wait or buy.
I've used it several times recently and found it to be very helpful.

Go to Yahoo search, type in air travel and enjoy! There are loads of sites to get cheap seats; once you get some info, go directly to that air line site, as they sometimes offer even better deals. Happy flying!

Try Southwest airlines. They have cheap tickets. You could also try Continental airlines.
