Of course the doctors were not God. God or one of his celestial agents may have intervened to save your daughter, but we really have no way of knowing that. Doctors certainly have a great degree of knowledge and skill with the human body and can repair a great many malfunctions, so they very well could have been the sole agency in your daughter's recovery. Fundamentalists have a way of attributing every out of the ordinary occurrence to the intervention of God. A wise person knows that this is not the case.
As for your original question, one could say that without God none of us would have been born. He is the one who set everything in motion. He created the evolutionary process that would eventually lead to us. He is the First Source and Center of all creation. He is the only eternal, infinite and self-existent reality.
I was once a doubting agnostic as you seem to be now by your choice of nicknames. I found christianity had too many flaws which could not be adequately explained to me. Other holy books exhibited the same characteristics and the language in all of them was antiquated and difficult to follow at times. Then, about 6 years ago a friend introduced me to the Urantia Book. This book is written in modern english (as of the early 20th century) and contains the most comprehensive and logical portrayal of God that I have ever encountered. It weaves an amazing tapestry of science, philosophy and religion to form a picture of God and his creation which is unsurpassed. This book answered almost all of the burning questions I had about God and I am now a faithful believer. I realize not everyone is the same and perhaps this book won't inspire you as it did me. But then again, perhaps it will answer your burning questions as it did for me. You can read the entire Urantia Book online at the link below. Feel free to email me if you have any questions about it.

When my son was born he was born dead as well. Everyone told me that God saved him. I didnt know God at that time and I allowed whatever. I was like you I allowed the doctors saved him.
Now that I am saved and have thought about what people said to me and how sick I was when I had my son. I almost died my self. I believe God saved my son for some reason with the help of those doctors and he saved me as well. God knows the future of my life and my sons life at that time. I can say now that it was God because when I watched that doctor running out the room, my son was totally black. He was dead in the womb. Not sure how long, but he was dead. Then when the doctor came back he pulled out what was left of the after birth my tempture spiked up to 106. I was out of it. Nurses running all around me and doctors too. I can't remember much cause I passed out I think, but mom told me the doctor told her it wasn't looking good with me. So I believe God has his hand on us both that day.

If you had prayed to god, and really meant it with all of your heart, and the rest of the world, every single person, at the same time prayed for her, she would be dead. If the doctors were not included in this praying though, the praying would have worked then, because they still would have been able to save her.

Okay- we can go back and forth on this and it still wouldn't solve anything. First God created everything on earth and works through others. Please Grab your bible really quick with this one because it's going to go pretty fast. Turn to 1st Corinthians 12:6-11 I'm not going to type the whole passage in here but I'm going to make it short. It starts off first by saying that There are different ways that God works in our lives A spiritual gift is given to each of us as means to helping the entire church.(people) To one the spirit gives the ability to give wise advise( therapist, friends, preachers teachers, etc. Do you see where I'm going with this.........No let me continue to another he gives the gift of special knowledge( grandparents, older people etc. The spirit gives special faith to another,,,(your child) bless her heart. and the grand finale.........And the spirit also gives someone else the power to heal the sick and perform miracles. I can go and on with this but my point is don't doubt God and his abilities because just like he giveth he can also take it away. Don't be foolish in your thoughts and understanding I know there are a lot of different religions out here but read your bible I've been reading my bible since i was a little girl and now I'm 28 and I'm just really starting to get a good understanding of it. But I believe in God not man. because he (God) clearly states do not put your trust in mere man.

Ummm, be careful now. You are teetering on dangerous territory, They were workers of God, He gave us the knowledge of medical science because of the infirmities we inflict upon ourselves, (drug alcohol abuse, physical accidents, dangerous free radicals all around us, ). If you don't believe that is fine, but I wouldn't publicly decree that you don't think God saved her, you have a baby now. And tempting the Lord is not wise. Ask those same doctors what keeps a heart beating, they won't know that one, only God knows.
P.S. I doubt you didn't pray to God, please get real. We all say Oh my God, and maybe a nurse prayed for her cuz you were too stubborn stuck in your own faithlessness.

Suppose that doctor were a christian and prayed that your daughter be given life and when all their efforts were expired she began to breath, would you believe then? That's happend many times you know. You believing the Christ has nothing to do with your daughter, you just have hardened your heart to the truth and decided that you know better that your creator.

That's a wierd reaction from someone who I suppose was a Christian? Normally we would judt praise God instead. Fortunately God gave doctors the gift and wisdom to do what is best for their patients

God our Father created us - we are His babies, spiritually. He created our spirits. Christ is the only Begotten - through fact God is extremely His actual Father. Christ did no longer have a mundane father like anybody else. God is our spirit Father, yet is likewise actually Christ's actual Father. do no longer question me the way it occurred, cuz i do no longer understand, I basically have confidence what the bible states. That verse is asserting that considering that God our Father loves US, that He allowed Christ, His easily SON, to be the sacrifice for our sins. and with the aid of His atonement, we can be forgiven. No, this is not blasphemy. And, anybody is a baby of God, no remember if or no longer they have prevalent Christ.

Personally, I believe everyone lives or dies for a reason. I don't really believe anything most religions tell us, but I do believe in "divine intervention" if she had been meant to die, she would have died no matter what anyone did.

Maybe it was just the Doctors, but I'll bet there were a lot of Prayers in that operating room.
I would not say that with authority though.
Peace!
