I have the option of moving and taking a great job opportunity that I've been dreaming of. I've been wanting to move to a different city for a couple years now, but nothing has ever worked out. Only problem is that I met this wonderful guy that lives where I currently reside and we've been dating for about a month. Things are going really well, no red flags, he has many of the qualities that I want in someone, but since it's still so new, I have no idea if it would work out or not. I'm 29 and I really, really want to get married. This guy could be that guy, but there's no way for me to know at this point. What would you do...stay or go?

Thats a tough decision to make. It will be really up to whether you want the job of your dreams or the man who you think is the man. I would say follow your heart but it wont be a wise decision if you arent sure if he is the one or not. So at this point, i would say chase your dream. This job opportunity might be one of the lifetime and if you do move. Talk to the guy and let him know that you are following your dreams and then maybe, there is a chance that you two will still be dating, even though it will be tough with the distance but if you are really meant for each other, then both of you will find ways to be together.

I would definitely take the job opportunity. I know marriage is important but if he feels the same way about you then he would want you to take the job too. Good jobs are hard to find, and if this is a dream of yours don't put it on hold for a man (even if he is a good one) you would most likely regret if if you passed it up. You can always find another guy but you may never get another opportunity like this.

Move. When in doubt, go with the option that creates greater indepedence.

You've only known the guy a month, not a few years. There are plenty of great guys out there, and "oppurtunities of a lifetime" only happen ONCE a lifetime.

Do whatever you think will make you happier in the long run. If you staying means that you will never get over not taking your chances with that job you want...Or the other way around......Maybe you guys can even figure a way to work it out together. Just do what you feel will make you happier :-)
