There is no rule as such that when u love somebody ,that it has to be reciprocated.. u fall in love just like that and if u love somebody set them free. If they go away they never belonged to u and if they come back they are yours.
U say that u r one of her close friends and still she cant undrstand ur feelings.. think about this could be she does not want to understand or she is not so close to u.
What will happen if u say the three words.. she may say she doesntlove u and u already have an idea about this so why not let it out of ur system ad tell her the truth.. rest leave to destiny,,

hi naren...i saw ur question and really feel to share some ideas as i had same situation in my life time ago...see dude as mentioned by u..u both r really good friends and she also knows that u r a good guy too ofcourse thats why she is ur frnd,but in this case u will have to risk ur frndship as u love her but she doesnt knows and the worst is she in in love with other guy...and i think she knows that u know she has boyfriend..so here if u directly propose her..u can come up as a selfish person for her,but on other hand u love her also...and sometime bn selfish is good..so i think the only way to come out of it is that..u should tell her about ur feeling,but must start with her current affair and thn ur feelings..but doing this u risk ur friendship..now its upto u..whatever u decide..but i will suggest u to tell her everything u feel for her and yes plz do remeber u have a great competitor, a person already on job,so he is obiviously earning too,and ur still studying,no matter how bright future u have but at present he is in strong values...i would like u to remeber some things..never ever behave in kiddish way with her as she may like mature guys and but at the same time u have to give her what she cant get from him..it can be anything...panipoori at her favourate katta or her favourite movie and listen the only thing u have in ur favour is that u can spend more time with her thn him as he is a working person,so try to spend as much time as u can with her and never show her that u can go weak for her love..always be in ur self and the most important thing is try to be more impressive and good thn him,but only by the good means and never criticise her or any other person for anything atleast in front of her...it will really work out...i wish u best..may almighty bless u...take care..bye

You both are studying.. first try to make sure about ur feelings.... and also about her ... what she feels about the other boy....If she is actully in love with her then let her go,I dont know how mature u both are ... I mean in all these things... anyways ... I ll suggest as I said above if she actually loves him,no infatuation,then let her go, still I think there is no harm in telling her about ur feeling... just tell her, not push or force her towards ur feeling...if she feels she may come to u... if not u complete ur studies,find a good job,that should be priority..and carry on with ur life ....

As u not specify your age but how much i got, in this age generally every one says love to the physical attraction. but if u really love that girl means you have to think for her good future and happiness not to be with her any how. and second thing that u r still studing and can not take care of any one.Hence her decision is good to select a muture guy working in office. The main theem is you also have to be mature. now u can understand what you have to do.

Have you told her how you felt? If not, do so. That the problem.... don't keep it bottled up inside set the door to your heart open instead of holding it shut. Ask her what is her favorite song and choregraph a dance together with her if possible. Then tell her what you want.

It is not important that she loves you or not.it is most important that whom she loves?
Her love must be important for you and God forbid if she loves another guy, then you should help her, bcoz you love her
And it is your duty to giver her her love.
If you cant get your love, its OK, but she should get her love and it will be the real love if her love is helping to get her love.
And if she loves her they you will get your answer soon
But you have to know first bcoz girl will never tell you first and mind it
