getting rid of freckles is easily achieved with lasers treatment because the treatment can be pinpointed at even a very small spot causing very small lesions to the skin. Other methods used in the quest to getting rid of freckles include the intake or topical application of Retin-A, which is a good treatment, but may take several months of use of the product before seeing good results.
Tips for Freckles - Prevent freckles by taken some of these preventive measures

* Wear a hat to keep the sun from directly hitting your face.

* Use sunscreen or sunblock with UV factor 30+

* If you can avoid peak sun hours, between 10 am and 4 pm when the sun is most intense wherever you live.

* Check out your medications since some things you apply to your skin or take internally may cause skin sensitivity such as antibiotics, birth control pills and some topical products that cause sun sensitivity including alpha hydroxy acids and benzoyl peroxide.

* Ask your doctor to determine if what you use on your face or take internally would make your skin more sensitive to the sun.

* Stay as far as you can from tanning beds because these devices expose your skin to lots of pigment-inducing UV radiation; one tanning bed session is equal to a whole day spent at the beach without sun protection.

* Look for over-the-counter fading creams containing hydroquinone and follow the directions and precautions on the package carefully.

For getting rid of freckles you need to be consistent because even a few minutes of unprotected sun exposure each single day will add freckles to your face and/or other parts of your body.
Natural and home remedies to get rid of freckles

There are also several natural remedies to fade or get rid of freckles such as washing your face with sour milk because lactic acid provides a gentle peeling effect without irritating or drying your skin. Also lemon juice is a time proven freckle fighting remedy but do avoid the sun directly after application. It is not necessary to rub your skin with a slice of lemon, just apply the juice with your fingers as if it was a regular lotion.

Fruit and vegetable masks made with mashed cucumbers, apricots, strawberries or red currant improve your chances to getting rid of freckles the same as sour cream mask, but do not rinse such masks completely, just remove them gently with a facial tissue, then apply a non-chemical moisturizer. If your skin is oily, use lemon juice before applying any mask and never leave to pay attention to control sun exposure.

Finally, a mixture of natural parsley juice or parsley infusion with equal amounts of lemon juice, orange juice, and red currant juice under your favorite cream will help you keep your freckles invisible while you get rid of them.

Alitol evens out the distribution of melanin, the cause of freckles, without effecting the skin's normal color and hue.
Most people can tell that the product is working within 2 - 4 weeks, but it typically takes 3 - 6 months for your freckles to completely vanish.

OMG That is like my dreams come true. I have lots of freckles on my face and if I didnt have them my skin would be so clear and smooth! I only wear foundation, etc to try and cover them up.

You can also get them lasered off if you have the money (which i dont)

I can't understand why anyone ever wants to get rid of freckles, I love them! I had them on my face when I was a child but they faded as I got older. I still get them on my body in the summer when I go out in the sun. Obviously you always have to be careful to use a high factor sun cream. My son is one big freckle and it never seems to have bothered him. I'm sorry not to have answered your question but I think you should be happy with what you've got.

Um, if there is a pill that is getting rid of freckles then that means it is destroying your skin pigments. Something about that...hell, everything about that sounds dangerous!

Is that pill even FDA approved? Probably not.

Ask him which one is easier: a condom or forking over $500.00 a month in child support? Pull out method is as good as inflating a tire with a hole in it...

No, doll. You can't get rid of these beauty marks with a pill. Why would you, anyway. Guys get off on them, anyway.

Why do you want to get rid of something that is you. Would you chop your arm off, or rip your toenails out. Learn to love yourself in all your glory. YOU ARE SPECIAL, there is no other person like you, only imitations. Be happy that you are you.
