No, science is a methodical mode of research which rests on prior knowledge, hypothesis, test, and publication.
And working in the field of AI, let me tell you, you're quite wrong about AI's having no will. Ever seen defiance in a neural network? I have. So, you're kinda wrong there.
I think you pretty much are wrong about everything you said... except maybe 'the'. I think we can all agree on your use of the word 'the'.

You're talking about the uses of science (although twisting a few things to fit your description) but not the definition of science.
