It may look like a seizure but its usually anaphylactic shock, which can result in the throat closing, blood pressure droppiing rapidly, unconsciousness, and death can occur, It may be possible because an infinite number of things can occur, but I have never seen it.

These types of reactions are serious. if you are allergic to shellfish, please stay away from it. Make sure you read the labels of all food products you eat. Some contain shellfish, even when you think they shouldn't and some are made on equipment that shellfish has been processed on. Be careful.

seizures are not a part of true anaphylaxis but eventual hypoxia when the airwarys shut down can cuase a seizure indirectly, do not eat sehll fish!, good luck

best bet is to not eat it and find out if there's any shellfish in any food you buy or order when you shop or go out to eat.
:D
most times i've heard of rashes... diarrhea and throat closing up... which are all equally as hazardous

you could have seizures because of it but consult your doctor first
I also have seizures but not because of shellfish
