Can anyone tell me how much time must you spent devout if your in a third order like does it interrupt your?

Do you mean, if you're a monk or nun, does your prayer time interupt your work? No, it's built in. You work at certain times, you pray at certain times.

This is something you should speak to your Spiritual Adviser on or bring it up with your fellow devotees. Mostly, for my opinion, I think if God makes it acceptable to do then it is his will-if not maybe that is something you shouldn't do.
