whatever you do, do not drink caffene. it will interact with the sleeping agent in the medicine adn multiply it by 3. i'd suggest eating something and drinking lots of water. it's not that strong anyway.

tylenol Pm is simply tyenol and benadryl put together. Most people are unaware of this combination. It will make you slightly drowsy but it should not put you to sleep the way a prescribed sleep medication will unless you get very drowsy from benadryl.
try taking a brisk walk and having a good snack that includes a protien and a carb together.

Don't mix drugs with caffeine! Maybe explain the mistake to your boss? If that's not an option, you better try to take a half-day off or something b/c that would be better than being woken up to be fired.
