I get erections very often, it doesn't seem to matter what I am doing or where I am at. What can I do to help control this?

Go see a doctor. Maybe you need more sex. Like the other gal said, wear a LONG shirt, but I would talk to a doctor about it.

Well, you haven't mentioned how old you are. That would help at this point.
It is for sure nothing to worry yourself about. Your hormones are just at full peek. Have you tried masturbating more? This would relieve the tension build up you have. Take sometime out for yourself and try handling this wild monster. You may find that it will calm him down. Using your imagination goes along way with this process.
As far as I know there is no medication you need to take or any problems. It is just a stage of your life you are going through.
Good Luck~
(If you have a girlfriend and are of age you can always include her in on your help with maybe adding some sexual fantasy you have.)

If you are a teenager, this is very common. If you are over 21 then you should see a doctor.

Most young men either carry a large book or long coat for when the occasion arises that they need some camouflage, and/or they find ways to reduce their hormone levels in the privacy of their bed or bathroom.

Your hormones love you. I would recommend a long shirt, and a few cold shower's.Maybe a trip to the Doc if it persists and it is that annoying... Good Luck!!

discover what is causing these frequent erections. if you cannot prevent it, try using oversize shirts that cover that part and avoid wearing tight-fitting pants.
