I always think about you. You are so beautiful!

I doubt that the second part was a question, in italian that construction can be only a statement.

If you ask someone if she is pretty, you would ask:

Sei bella? Sei Carina?

And never answer "grazie molte", which is a bit ridiculous. Say "grazie" or "molte grazie", obviously If it is the case!

I think of you always. What about you? It's italian.

How you want to answer it would depend on whether you feel the same way or want to give them the brush off, I suppose.

"i admire you" in Italian would be mentioned 2 strategies, based upon purpose. To be romantic, say: Ti amo (stated Tee AH-mo) to particular safeguard somebody who isn't unavoidably a romantic companion say: Ti voglio bene (Tee VO-lee-o BEN-ay) which in fact skill which you particularly want the excellent for them and care approximately them.

I don't speak Italian; HOWEVER, I can read SOME of it because I can speak AND read Spanish. Many Spanish and Italian words are spelled and pronounced alike. It probably says, "I always think of you. Like you're beautiful."

"I always think about you. You're so beautiful"

I don't think the second part of the sentence it's a question...I'm sure it's an exclamation and moreover there are many ways to say it but all meaning the same.

"I think of you all the time and of how lovely you are!"

You could reply: "Grazie molte!" ("thank you very much" with a becomingly modest smile) or just ignore it as an ordinary chatting up technique.

I alway think about you. How are you, beautiful?

Depends on how you feel about the person, do you want to tell them to leave you alone or encourage them?
