That's a bit general sweetheart and I don't think it makes a difference.
I'm my boyfriends boss and it has never affected us at all. x

Generally not, it threatens their status in the eyes of the rest of the workforce.

It wouldn't bother me at all. It would depend entirely on the guy and how much we fancied each other.
