Is it normal for a mom to have a crush on her son?
Not wanting to engage in sexual acts with the son, but just thinking he's really hot? and is it normal the opposite way (son thinking mom is really hot)?

for the first dude that answered -- i dont mean the first ages! i said crushes!! like thinking they're HOT so im saying when the son is maturing into as teen no duuh

A lot of people these days confuse "hot" with admiration. Admiration for your son, or he for his mom, is normal. Being proud of how he turned out (thank God he didnt get his Daddy's big ears) is one of the things every mom thinks about with all of her children. Children can also admire the way their parents look and be proud of that. (although that doesnt happen as much as the other way around).

I think there is a difference between thinking that you have a handsome, good looking son and thinking that your son is HOT! If someone has a crush on their son I think they might need to seeks some counseling for that. As for the son, I have heard of boys who think their friend's mom or an older woman is HOT but I think it is wrong to think about thier own mother in that way.

Yes - If its not sexual then its love. It happens usually during the first years of life - the son is dependent on the mother and cuddles closely. The mother reciprocates. Its just normal motherly love.

If it's not sexual and it should not be. sure..children do tell their moms and dads that they are hot. not sexual ..and not a crush! no way...that's sick ...why does your son have a crush on you? or you have a crush on him? lady..you are sick...
