There was this guy who wanted to quit smoking. He decided to use the patch to try to quit, but he was very self-conscious about it and thought that it looked ridiculous.
One day, the man was in a public bathroom standing at a urinal. He looked down at the guy standing next to him and noticed that he had a patch on his penis.
Puzzled, the man asked, "Why in the world do you have a nicotine patch on your dick?"
And the man replied, "Well, why not? It's working; I'm down to two butts a day."

okay i remember hearing this somewhere and I cant remember all the details but I'll give you what I can remember: 1. Try staying away from coffee while trying to quit. The caffeine in the coffee makes you crave nicotine 2. Dont stand around people that are smoking. Watching them smoke and smelling the smoke in the air gives you the urge to light one yourself 3. Cut back on the amount of cigarettes you smoke a day. Try deducing my one daily. 4. Instead of having another cigarette, inhale and exhale normal air in the same way would while smoking I really hope this helps you. It such a bad habit to pick up on and is extremley hard to drop. During the time you're trying to quit, you may be more frusterated and emotional than normal. Just stay strong, you can do it if you really try!
