you can't really do anything but let it ride out but eat a few crackers and drink some ginger ale

i am thinking you are female - if so - 13 is about the age u may start menstrating (having a period) take some modol for the cramps that is probably what is hurting your stomach, rest and drink lots of clear fluids...if that doesnt ease off the pain and discomfort , please go see a doctor. Anything that hurts consistantly and doesnt go away should be treated - could be something serious, but more than likely is just a passing pain

Does your breath smell bad? Are you able to eat much, does anything make your stomach feel better or worse? Are you taking aspirin, or any other drugs? Have you had any trauma or accidents recently? Have you had surgery when they put you to sleep? Is there anyone else in your family who is sick? Answer these questions and we maybe able to help you.

Are you sure it's a stomach virus? It could be appendicitis...go to the Dr. before it bursts and you're really sick!
