laser removal is the best.but ofcourse expensive. waxing is also good, but then if ur skin is sensitive dont go for it.
dont choose razors as they make the hair thicker & hard.
cremes just burn the skin & make it look blackish..

I think "best way" is in the eye of the beholder. Do you want the fastest, the cheapest, the least time consuming, least painful or longest lasting?
Shaving is by far the fastest and cheapest way. Laser and electrolysis are the longest lasting but most expensive and both can be painful, especially electrolysis. Waxing (epilation) is less painful but only lasts a few weeks and since the skin in your underarm is harder to get taut, you could hurt yourself. Depilatory cremes and powders last about as long as waxing but can cause irritation to sensitive skin. Tweezers, LOL, that would be extremely time consuming and painful!
Personally I don't find shaving my underarms daily to be that much hassle. It takes about two seconds and I do it after I soap up so I don't need to use shaving cream/gel.
It is an old wives tale that razors "make the hair thicker & hard." The reason it seems this way is because the blade makes the end of the hair blunt rather than tappered.
I'd like to know what type of cream the previous person used that "burn the skin & make it look blackish." On sensitive skin dipilatory cremes can cause irritation but it's usually much like razor burn, e.g. red bumps.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

My wife says laser hair removal procedures are the best way though expensive. 2nd to that would be waxing which usually lasts only about 2-3 weeks and then last and least, it would be to pull out the disposable razor.
