The key is to keep your motivation. Losing weight is so hard - I'm actually going through the lack of motivation thing myself right now. You just have to tell yourself you can do it and keep plugging away. Don't look at it from a time point of view either. You have to look at it as a lifestyle change. Diet and exercise are the only things that will truly work. There is tons of information available on the internet, just do a search for diet plans. A lot of them have calculators that will figure how many calories you need per day based on your activity level.

I, personally, am on this program called Apex. You can go to their website and check to see if you can do anything online, or where the nearest health club is that has their program. As far as I know, you can only do it through a health club, but research it first if you're interested. It really worked, I just slacked off, so shame on me.

Also when you start accomplishing weight loss, don't reward yourself with food, instead do something nice for yourself that you enjoy.

I hope this has helped you. Good luck!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This has been the simplest thing for me. I, too, have tried other plans, pills, and potions. I did lose a few pounds with Weight Watchers, but like you, I was unable to stick with it.

What I am doing now is a plan called Stack Body Tune Up and an energy drink called Advanced Cell Therapy. I have lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006. All I have done is add these two products to my lifestyle and as I started losing the weight and getting my energy, I added walking.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Ihave never been able to loose weight, but I am simply keeping a food diary right now, and I have had the best results. I made an excel spreadsheet, but you can track it any way that you want. The diary makes you accountable for the food that you put in your body. Very simple and very rewarding.

Get a friend to exercise with you. Walk your dog (if ya have one) or by yourself for about 30-45 min each day. Eat healthy--Lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink 1,5-2 L of water daily.

Any Western general practitioner can do it ,, because it's in the pharmacopia. ( a few of them )

,, its whether he wants to do it or not ,, because he has to watch u (like medical supervision) and people loose "discipline" more than not , he keeps hush.

He would need to order in the stuff , because it's not on his shelves.

If u want to up this (using the same stuff anyway ,, or different stuff from the same menu) go to a skin speciallist who treat skin problems. He knows this section of medicine better.

I lost 25 pounds by not drinking sodas or heavily sweet drinks. I also run every night. Don't completely quit sugar, but cut back on it and see if it works!

drink eight glasses of water a day, eat lots of veggies and fruits. Cut your fat intake down. Excercise 4 times a week, and keep away from sugars and sweets.

Drinks lot of water, and drink lots of water. And join a gym or sumthing. Also, sometimes joining a club or gym with a friend makes things more fun, and you can encourage eachother.
