Most of it is just doing it! Look for a date at a place where women are at, walk up and talk to her about anything, and keep talking about anything that isn't boring. Practice makes perfect. Nightclubs are great because there are dozens of women who you will never see again, so there is no worry about looking foolish--just keep trying.
