excercise...proper diet (like fruits and vegetables)..and lots of water..all it takes is discipline..like if you're serious about it you've to really follow it and it will work for you...

exersicing does not make u slim at all it just makes u muscular but dietind does make u slim and mybe light running would too in the morning.......!!!!!!!!.........have fun getting slim
