I am sure you know the essentials of good health drink water etc. But, if you fell down a little that will zap energy. If its just life pray first, and know that things will get better. Sometimes we have to back off, take off your close range glasses and look from a longer distance.Don't watch the news or read the newspaper.When you've done all you can just stand.After the storms there are rainbows

I'd stay away from the pills that give you energy. I got on those at one point and they do a lot more harm than good. Try herbal supplements. I'm sure there's something out there that boosts your energy naturally. I'm just not sure what it is. Try getting some more sleep at night. An herb that helps with that is Valerian Root. It stinks, but it will definately help you sleep.

Make sure to get a good nights sleep and try to eat breakfast in the morning it will give you energy throughout the day.

Any thing u take will only be a temporary solution...the best thing is to make sure and take a daily multi vitamin and get 30 to 45 min of exercise a day!....i assume u r talking about your physical state not your mental state....

Know that God HAS control over your circumstances and wants the best for you.

POWERADE OR GATORADE........ I'll prefer you to use powerade. It not only gives you energy but makes it last throughout the whole day. Bananas will do it too

Eat, get some exercise, get some sun. And drink allot of redbull, it's gross but it works for me.

drink lots of water. stretch your muscles when you are getting sleepy. try to get more exercise.
