Long Island Railroad to Penn Station
Subawy to Grand Central (1/2/3/9 train to 42nd st, S - shuttle to grand central)
Metro North to Pleasantville.
Theres no way to say how long unless you tell us where you're starting from....long island is pretty big, duh.
