yes it sure is, hopefully you won't need a restaining order put out. It seems your afraid of something is goingto happen. Change your locks before you go to bed.

On a serious note, it's normal your probally questioning if it was the right desision or not. So yeah it's normal, just don't lead them on latter that you might get back together with them. Space and time is needed and you need time to your self as well. It's not easy to break a heart, but you made your desison.

If you were the only person in the world to do this type of behavior then it wouldn't be considered normal. But yes it is normal. You are being overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions. Keep your mind busy. Get another job, do some normal hobbies like reading a book not stalking your ex. (Just incase) It worked for me and focus on yourself. Now is the time to look your best.

I wouldn't think that's out of the ordinary. I just got a divorce not too long ago. It's really weird to be in an empty bed when you're used to someone else being there. Even if it wasn't a good person. You just need some time. That saying sucks, but it's the truth.

Perfectly normal. Guess you still have feelings for her huh? Call her and ask her how she is doing. And if you really love her you will try to make things right between the two of you guys. I guess it also depends on why you guys broke up in the first place. If you should need any more advice be sure to check me out.
