Some do.....some don't. It depends on their genes! I've worked with a few older women and the ones of German descent are practically hairless wonders. Go figure.........

I am 51, and while I do still have leg hair, it is not as thick and noticeable as it was when I was younger. Also when I shave, it takes a lot longer to come back. Used to be I'd have stubble of hair in less than a week, and now it takes a month for stubble to show up. Also my mom and several aunts (not my mom's sisters, but my dad's sisters) when they hit menopause and also got into their 60's and older, they did not have hair on their legs any more (or if they did, it was so fine you could not see it) and none of them ever had to shave again.

Yes, we do. But it is a lot softer and there is a lot less of it than when we were younger. I 'llstill shave it as long as I can reach it! :o) The "pit" hair doesn't change though. I have a theory that the lost leg hair somehow magically (and disgustingly) appears on our faces. Gag-o!

For the most part you could say no. The hairs that are on their legs are very fine and sparce. Hormonal changes in our bodies tends to slow down the growth of hair. This will be one benefit of being old. I won't have to shave my legs. It is such a pain!

As women age some may produce less hair and other times it simply looks like les hair because it becomes thinner and finer making it less noticable. You also notice this on other areas of the body such as the head and underarms.

Yes they do, but it tends to get grey, sparse, and long-ish. Same goes for men. And I am referring to all body hair. I used to work in hospice care and am speaking from personal experience.
