read as much as you can :)
start with *lighter* things, like magazines or comics, and then gradually read more complex texts.
it is also very helpful to watch series/movies etc in english - for example,when i was a kid, i watched lots of cartoons and it helped me a lot with my english.

Read English newspapers. If you are in India, which it looks like, get your hands on "The statesman" newspaper. They have excellent english.

Watch BBC. Play it until the newscaster completes a sentence. Mute it and write it down. Then do the same again.

Later, after some practice on this, listen to one whole news and try writing it down in your own words and then read it to figure out if it means what it meant in the news....

Gradually, try watching movies and figuring out the dialogues there!

you want to read newspaper and some of english books that are unrelevant to your subject from that you can develop your english vocabulary . you reply i can say more

I sugget watching "Jerry Springer" or "Riki Lake" ... that would be a good starting point
