what color should i die my hair if it's currently brown and should i have highlights too? If so what color. Keep in mind i have blue eyes and fair skin.

I would say just highlights cause coloring your hair really isnt good for your hair..not only that once you color it theres no turning back if your not happy.

Highlights sound really good I wouldnt die your hair though instead i would get a perm or something

Try a reddish shade, it will work with your highlights if done correctly. Get the highlights a lighter shade of red, or even lowlight it. Just don't let it go orange or brassy!

blue eyes and fair skin.......... Go with copperish. I suggest a light brown with soft red highlights,,, And browns/coppers will go perfectly with your new shade :)
