To get a wet look, you can either put mousse in your hair while its still wet/damp. scrunch it and wait til your hair dries out. Your hair will look wet and sexy! OR what I use to buy Garnier Fructis wet shine gel. It provides long lasting hold and shine! I guarantee!

There is a product called Fructis and you can find them at drugstores, and you get the one specified for curling and u put it in and scrunch ur hair and it stays looking wet all day long until you wash it out.

depends if your hair is curly or straight. If curly, try to add gel to wet hair and work through out and flip head upside down and sray w/some hairspray. If straight usually just gel, or baby oil, but then your hair just feels gross. Good luck :)

My bf uses pomade and gel. (Actually, so do I!) Water dries (obviously), so of course you don't want to use water... duh. Unless you don't mind carrying around a spray bottle all day....
