I made this for thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved it! Enjoy!
Tropical Tango
Ingredients
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice)
1 cup light or nonfat vanilla
soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes
2 teaspoons sliced almonds*
Directions
This is ideal for lunch. To round out the meal, you can add a slice of whole-grain bread topped with spicy mustard and 1 ounce of reduced-fat Cheddar (sandwich stats: 157 calories, 6 g fat, 18 g carbs, 14 g protein, 3 g fiber).
Combine diced mango, pineapple chunks, nonfat vanilla soy milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
* If desired, toast almonds in a small skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.

Oprah's Lemon Drop Martini's:
Mix together-
3 squeezed lemons
2 pieces mint
2 shots vodka
2 TBS sugar
Rim glass in lemon juice then in sugar. Pour in drink and enjoy!

Oh dear I haven't made this in sometime but it is yummmy.
Slippery Nipple:
10 ml grenadine syrup
1/2 oz Carolans® Irish cream
1/2 oz DeKuyper® Buttershots liqueur
Pour the buttershots and carolanns into a shot glass. (let them mix)
Add grenadine to form a perfect nipple in the bottom of the shot glass.
Quick and slips right down...don't drink many for if you do....when you stand up...Yikes! where did the world go ...[chuckles]

Definitley a margarita. best of all, you can just go out and buy a margarita mix from the store and add your own alcohol (or not).
