Your question is a good one. How does God view suicide?
Jehovah God as the source of life has decreed that human life is precious, sacred. (Gen. 9:5; Ps. 36:9) Hence, suicide, which means the taking of one’s own life, or killing oneself, is condemned by the Bible. Such intentional act is self-murder. (Ex. 20:13; 1 John 3:15) The few suicides mentioned in the Bible are of those who were unfaithful to Jehovah and who failed to consider that their lives really belonged to God.—1 Sam. 31:4; 2 Sam. 17:5-14, 23; 1 Ki. 16:18; Matt. 27:5.
One who intentionally takes his own life does so in utter disregard for the sacredness of life; he becomes bloodguilty. When one commits suicide while in possession of one’s mental faculties, this shows one to be void of morality, lacking faith, having no fear of God. It is a cowardly act, where one refuses to face up to the problems and responsibilities of life. If the person claimed to be a true Christian, the act would violently break his relationship with Jehovah. Suicide may be the giving in to pressures from demons who encourage self-destruction. (Matt. 17:14-18) This extremely self-centered act of murder manifests no love for one’s surviving family members, no love for one’s congregation and friends, and no love even for the surrounding community, as it brings shame and distress of mind upon all associates.—Mark 12:31.
When a suicide happens, circumstances must always be taken into consideration. Was there mental illness involved? Was the person in his right mind? Was he culpable or blameworthy? In many instances it is difficult to get to know all the facts.
As lovers of righteousness we leave the matter in the hands of a merciful, all-wise God as to any possible future for some of those driven to suicide. We who are lovers of life, holding every day of life sacred, endeavor to conduct our daily affairs and associations in a way that will merit the approval of the One who gave life to humankind.
If a person tries to commit suicide, but is helped to stay alive, then only Jehovah can determine the sincerity of their repentance and the reason behind their actions. They may be able to have a good relationship with him, for our Creator is indeed a loving, merciful and just God.
Regarding hell---all people both good and bad go to the Bible hell. It is mankind's common grave. What Scriptures prove this? Here are a few:
Psalm 139:8--"If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there."
Amos 9:2--"Though they dig into hell, From there My hand shall take them; Though they climb up to heaven, From there I will bring them down."
Jonah 2:2--"And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice."
Revelation 1:18--"I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."
Psalms 146:3,4--"Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish." [ The dead cannot feel anything, neither pain nor pleasure for they have no thoughts ]
Ecclesiastes 3:19-20--"For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again." [ So what happens to both people and animals when they die? They all go to the same place.]
Revelation 20:13-14--"And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." (Hell delivers up the dead, meaning a resurrection from the grave, and what happens to death & hell? They are thrown into the lake of fire, meaning total destruction.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

You must be born again by accepting Jesus as your savior and invite Him into your heart and life and repent of your sins. Salvation is the only way you can keep from going to hell. Stay in God's word every day and through His word, you will be shielded from the temptations that satan fills your mind with, like suicide.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Put some time aside in your day to spend it with Jesus, and all those negative emotions and ffeelings and thoughts will be taken from you. Those who do not accept Jesus as their savior, and reject His free gift of eternal life, are the ones going to hell. Those who blasphend God are also damned to hell.

Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

1 Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Hell is a state of mind. Anyone who is at peace with themselves isn't in or going to hell but generally speaking those who commit suicide aren't at peace with themselves.

Bring back to life? Since when is this possible? Once you are brain dead you are dead- your heart may stop but you are not technically dead until all brain functions have ceased- you can't be brought back from being brain dead.

If you actually repent (as God see it, not just us saying we are sorry) then you are saved and can go to Heaven if you continue to do His will.

God will forgive you of all sins, however man will not.
So, you won't go to hell, but you will go to jail.
