I am thinking about getting my hair highlighted but i dont want to go too crazy. I have medium to dark brown hair. Any suggestions?

Being it's fall I recommend 'lowlights' so I would state any of the following colors would be beautiful in your hair...if you have lighter skin go with darker reds,or a few black and light blond...if you have Olive Skin Tone or darker I recommend dabbling in Dark Purples, bright reds and blue blacks....very pretty!

I think by getting highlights/lowlights at the ends of your hair will just make it look like you had them and they grew out...Medium brown hair I would say blonde or caramel. Maybe do a couple shades of brown your natural and a lighter and darker color.

I think a few blonde highlights in a rich brown hair looks good but even better is the triple look....some auburn highlights and a few blonde highlights.
