EVERYONE throughout history is born an atheist, Jim. Everything goes downhill from there. Before Jesus it was all the other myths and after Jesus, it was him AND all the other myths that have survived. But in the beginning we are a blank slate without the capacity or inclination to believe in anything other than our mothers milk.

Not everyone was athiest. Like everyone else is saying there were other religions in history's timeline. There were many different religions. Humans may have been simple minded but they all needed something to help them not be afraid of the dark. They all needed someone to look for help and an excuse of why it didnt work out for them. They all needed the comfort that in their after life something good was going to happen. The Egyptians, the romans, the vikings, the mayans, all of them. Ancient tombs, pyramids all show signs of these beliefs.

Jesus (allegedly) had no "biological" father.
Everyone was an atheist before the concept of "religion" was developed. Australopithecus were most likely atheists as well.

Let me raise two points...
1. If you are implying that there were some people who were athiests before the birth of Jesus, you're quite correct; there were. But, so what? Why is that particularly noteworthy?
2. If you are implying that everyone was an athiest before the birth of Jesus, you are simply wrong. And knowing that you are far too intelligent to believe something so obviously incorrect, I'm at a loss to understand the intention of your question. Would you please clarify?

Everyone was probably an Atheist until Cro-Magnons started praying to their ancestors to help in hunts. Otherwise there have been all types of religions and most of the population probably beleived in some type god(s) but there would have been Atheists all along.

Atheists are supposedly rational scientific people right? Check your timeline... such rational thinking did not become widespread until the Enlightenment 1700 years after Jesus's time.
Back then there were all sorts of religions worshipping all sorts of Gods.

Yes. And even though we often try to gloss over it, the classic Greek philosophical movement became primarily a "school of natural philosophy," which meant a frontal attack on the premises of mythology.
