Boxed cake mix to [healthy} muffin?

NOT a cupcake. I have Duncan Hines Spice, Carrot & Banana, but it calls for 1/3 c il and 3 eggs.

You can substitute the same amount of applesauce for the oil and cut the calories significantly. You can also sustitute "egg beaters" for the eggs. Voila...healthy muffins!!

I've heard sub applesause for oil but not sure
