Try playing for about ten minutes - something that will not encourage to stay awake longer.
Read a short story.
Remember that your brother just probably just wants to spend time with you and does not know any other way but to annoy you even if he does not mean too.
You sound like my oldest and my oldest child has learned how to cope lately with the same issue.

as soon as he falls asleep take him to his room. and stay there for alittle bit and wait to see if he wakes up. Then go back too your room.
