Boy, are you going to catch it from the conventional Christians on this site!
I'll put my nickle's worth in, that an omnipotent Deity can do whatever it darned well wishes, and that it's not bound by any human considerations or limitations. So, from a strictly theoretical viewpoint, I'd say that the Jesus of the Christian scriptures could take on any form he wished....whether he **would** is another matter entirely.
An interesting extension of this, though: (presuming Jesus, as a redeeming deity exists, for the sake of the argument)----Could/ might Jesus take on some highly unusual form to us humans (e.g., an "alien" form), in order to be "recognizable" to beings on another planet/in another time?
(cf. Ray Bradbury's "The Fire Balloons" short story for an interesting take on this.)

Just because the Egyptians worshipped cats, why should that make you think that Jesus would come back as a cat...and to answer your question nope he wont..NO WAY...he will come back and Jesus..shining in glory for the sacrifice he made!

No, but you are free to worship a Cat if you wish.
God gave the Ancient Egyptians and you free will to worship as you chose.
That does not make them, or you right.
