what are the negative things about foreign borrowing?

i have debate t0 d0.. ..and the topic is on foreign borrowing and im in the anti side.. ..wat should i include?

if you mean a foreign nation borrowing from us, the trouble would they dont pay or default, how do you apply pressure on them to pay short of war or sanctions? If you mean us borrowing from foreign nations, then the problem could be the one we face now, of being heavily indebted to China to where it affects our policies toward them and the fear that they could call the notes and we would have to default or make other concessions that would be detrimental to our country.
