Don't preach about health and good eating habits. I have both but am still having difficulties getting the weight to come off.

Just to stress again, I do have good eating habits. I do exercise. The weight is not melting off.

I won't preach to you, I will simply suggest that you consult your doctor and ask them to advise you on the right medications for you if you need them. Have you every been screened for a medical condition that may hender your weight loss? If not, you may want to be. There are thousands of pills out there and you will find millions of people to swear by each one of them. Most of them are not FDA approved or regulated. As long as they don't claim to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent an illness, the manufactures can print what they want on the labels, with little or no repercussions. I am a fitness instructor and it sounds like you already know the facts and the hard truth. Good diet and hard exercise bring results. They just don't come as fast. Pills that are untested and unregulated can lead to short term weight loss, just like fad diets, but if your seeking permanent weight loss, you know the way to go. At least you should like you do :)

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

All diet pills are scams. Limit your calorie intake to 1500 calories a day and do cardio evercise at a good pace (with a good level of resistance if not running) for at least 45 minutes a day, and you will see the pounds melt away like no fake pill could ever do.

If you have good eating habits and are exercising, then just be patient because you will lose the weight. You don't need diet pills!

My doctor says the best diet is to graze. He recommends about 10 "fist full" size meals a day, evenly spaced.
I also take a low dosage thyroid prescription and 25 mg of DHEA daily to boost my adrenals.

You may need to supplement your diet with proteins, vitamins, and minerals. I have lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006 by using Stack Body Tune Up.
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Phentermine. It's prescription. You can buy it online but it's 3x more expensive than getting from a local pharmacy. My best month was 18 lbs lost.
