yes it hurts! silly question! better question is...best lube to make it less painful!?! ask a gay man and they will tell you that saliva is the best lubrication. not to mention quite enjoyable, relaxing...you have to "practice" stretching that hole!!!!! Yes it causes scarring.
Not to mention the infections that can occur from the tears that occur in the rectum. How do you think AIDS spread so quickly? It is a direct path to the blood stream. This is why more gay men have the disease than straight men and women and gay women.

Well, i personally havent gone there, But me and my boyfriend once slipped up (haha..) and just the feeling of him almost going in Drove me to tears, that part of the body is an exit hole, its not made for things to go in!
I hear it hurts like hell, Very Uncomfortable, and no it doesnt leave scars =)
