he called them to pick him up, it's his cheuffer See he went drinkin that night and didnt want to drive home so while he was walking home he got paranoid that he was being followed so he called his driver. He wasnt going to cause it was like 3 in the morning, but he was really freakin. So he called and said get to the regular spot asap I need a lift. Oh and leave the light off to see if you are being followed.

The actual joke specified that it was 12 o'clock midnight.
It so happened that the man became drunk. His wife came in their black Scorpio just to be shocked to see her husband on the road and she halted as she was having a torch in her hand.
