yea um im building muscle in my chest,and im happy and everything that im building muscle,because i can move my chest,but i want it to be buff and i was wondering what will my chest look like if it was 20 pounds full of muscle,right now i weigh 216 pounds

Depends od your height,

If your short then you wont be able to pull it off. It would look stupid. Like Dustin Hoffmann with an Arnald Schwartzzenneger (?) chest.
If your tall then your chest must be in proportion with your arms and legs like Arnie
