I love chicken breasts cooked in a wine sauce. Here is what I do.
Saute some deboned chicken breasts in butter until well browned. Add some sliced mushrooms. Deglaze the pan with some white wine and simmer until chicken is well cooked. Add some chopped fresh tarragon. Add a little cream to the pan and a little more wine .
Serve with some fresh asparagus and a little cooked rice. Delicious!

Chicken is my fave protein by far...a good "Chicken Caesar Salad" ,now that hits the spot any time of the year.
Romaine lettuce..must be romaine...that is what makes a chicky Caesar salad.
Almonds...toasted ....the ones made just for salads are great
Red onion...must be red...best onions for the job.... [chuckles]
Chicken...I like most any kind...grilled...rotiseriee
Sometimes if I am in the mood boiled eggs on top..with a sprinkle of good bacon fired crisp...really crisp.
Then the dressing...you can make your own...but If you can find Ken's
Light Caesar Dressing....the best-est...
Make the portions accordingly.

Baked chicken breast with garlic salt, poultry seasoning and paprika. It makes the chicken look fancy, but the taste results are fabulous!

Mesquite grilled chicken...you can find the marinade pack near the gravy mixes...easy and YUMMY!

Love it caccitoire style, lots of garlic, tomato, mushrooms, onions, baked. Serve with salad, Red wine!!!, Oh, crusty bread.
