Back in 1969, the year I got married my husband and I moved to Junction City, Kansas because he was in the Army and stationed at Fort Riley. There was a recreation area that was basically, I think, an expanded lake caused by a dam. We had the opportunity to go water skiing. It was my turn. I was pretty good on two skis back then and I cut out from behind the boat over the wake and nearly lost it when I noticed that near to shore where I was going were FULL grown trees completely underwater that had been flooded out when they put up the dam. It really freaked me out!

i have a bunch...surfing, sailing, water skiing- you name it!
lets see, i had a pretty awesome wipe out yesterday- i did a nose dive on my board and ended up doing a sort of midair flip thing. also, sailing altogether is just an awesome experience- pulling in your main sail tight and letting the wind take you as fast as you can go...pretty sweet.
