My average is 6 hours. If I don't get at least 6 hours, I'm dead dog tired the entire day. If I get more than 10 hours, I'm cooked as well....usually dragging all day or night.

I'm a night owl that has an early job, so usually only bout 5(1:30-6:30). I'm one of those that doesn't want to give up the night, but simultaneously loathes having to get out of bed in the morning. Now weekends though are closer to 8-9 hrs.

I get about 6 to 7 hours each night, but there are lengths of time that I can only get 3 or 4 hours each night and be fine too.
