I'd say just about everyone gets high cheekbones except europeans. I have a black female friend who's got very high cheek bones; but she also hails from Egypt. An asian male friend and a native american female friend who have high cheekbones as well. I think it's a cultural/genetic thing and europeans don't have it. Like earlobes or no earlobes sort of thing.
