There is a product called Cetaphil, it comes in soap and lotion. It's great for dry itchy skink.

Any antihistamine pill will help take away the itch. There are some formulated specifically for skin itch.
Your best bet is to stay away from the things you are allergic to.
Skin itch can also be caused by various skin conditions. Most of these are treated with cortisone cream, which you can pick up at your pharmacy. If it is a fungus infection causing the itch (it will generally smell) then getting an antifungal and cortisone cream is better.
To enable a correct diagnosis of your condition to be made, I suggest visiting your doctor first.

first you need to know what's making it itchy. mosquito bites, allergy to some cosmethic lotion, clothes, some other insect (fleas, for example), allergy to pet's hair, rash caused by stress... each cause will lead to a different treatment.

itching can be caused by different things. I would start with some lotion that has some anti-itch ingredients.
