I am sure that some of the Christians prayed for the Jews. But the Jews needed the Christians to do more than pray. They needed them to act to save them. They needed them to put their own lives at risk to help.
In one country, I believe it was Norway, when the Germans ordered all the Jews to put on yellow stars, the king and all the citizens did the same and the Germans had to give the plan to export the Jews. Now that is Christian faith in action.

First of all, you must define "Christian" because Christians don't accept each other as "real" Christians. You must call them something like "followers of Jesus."

He was elected in a democracy -- they got exactly what they wanted.

Did Christians pray for the heretics as they slaughtered them during the crusades?

Did Christians pray for Jews during the Inquisition?

Did Christians pray for the Native Americans as they were slaughtered by European Christians?

Perhaps those Jewish laws that Jesus negated might have been wise after all....

A true Christian would have prayed for the jews. Many call themselves Christian, yet they are not. Going to church, reading the bible, and speaking "Christianese" will make you a Christian as much as sitting in your garage reading mechanical manuals will make you a car.

Some did. You may have heard of Dietrich Bonhoeffer and the Confessing Church movement, which left the official Lutheran Church when it supported Hitler's regime.

There are always heroes and cowards, but more cowards when the likely result of heroism is martyrdom. How would you do, if faced with the choice between acting justly and dying, or acting unjustly and living?

You would have to ask them.

There was a lot of Economic hatred of the Jews by Hitler, most of the Germans did not even know what was going on with the Jews until it was to late.

Peace, and God Bless you!

Yes they did and many Jews were rescued, unfortunately Hitler's policy of gun control tied the hands of too many honest Christian citizens. Gun control laws benefit the government, not the people.

Some did. Not all Germans were practicing Nazis. Some hid Jews in their homes, risking everything. See the movie, "Schindler's List."
